Patient Service Representitive Job Posting:
Fast paced urgent care and family practice seeking a full time PSR. Shift hours are Monday - Friday with occasional Saturday coverage.
Job Duties:
- Greeting patients at check-in with a kind and professional manner.
- Ensuring accuracy of patient information and insurance coverage.
- Collecting patient payments.
- Completing the check-out process; to include seeking patient feedback and scheduling necessary follow-up visits.
- Answering phones and interviewing patients to ensure appropriate visit scheduling.
- Clearly communicating with all office staff in a courteous manner that supports a cooperative team environment.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology
- Strong computer skills
- Previous experience with an EMR system
- The ability to communicate in a professional manner and work in a team environment
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- Bi-Lingual Spanish or Russian a plus

Requirements:

Medical Assistant Job Posting:
Fast-paced Primary and Urgent Care Practice is looking for a full-time experienced Certified Medical Assistant. Family practice, Internal Medicine or Urgent Care experience is preferred.
- Patient intake for examination and treatment, including recording history and vitals via EMR system.
- Ensuring exam rooms are properly set up and maintained with necessary supplies for all exams and procedures.
- Assisting providers with minor in-office procedures
- Phlebotomy – both adult and pediatric patients
- Vaccine administration - both adult and pediatric patients
- Clear communication with all clinical and non-clinical staff members to maintain a positive and supportive work environment.
- Consistently provide excellent patient care and superior customer service
Qualifications
- Strong multi-tasking/time management skills
- Must be proficient in phlebotomy and vaccines
- A positive outlook and ability to work within a team
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office products
- Experience in EHR
- Bilingual in Spanish or Russian, preferred but not required
Requirements
- Current Washington Health Care Certification

Nurse Practitioner /PA Job Posting:
Job Duties:
* Obtain medical history and physical data from patients
* Perform comprehensive exams of all ages including wellness exams
* Acute and chronic disease management
* Request appropriate diagnostic testing
* Prescribe medications and treatments for illnesses
* Accurately code and document in the electronic health record in a timely manner
Qualifications
* Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
* Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program.
* Holds or is able to obtain an unrestricted license as an APN in the State of Washington.
* Certification: Member in good standing with the Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)
* 2 years experience preferably in a primary care setting
* Previous experience working with EMR/EHR software and meaningful use requirements, Athena preferred
* Eligible to participate in the Medicare or Medicaid programs
* Current non-limited registration with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
* Be and remain insurable for malpractice liability in accordance with the requirement of OREGON Statutes
* Current CPR/BLS certification
* Capable of seeing on average 2 patients per hour
* Strong communication and organization skills
* Must be able to function independently
